United Family Martial Arts in Niagara Falls, ON has a specialized martial arts program for adults that is designed to increase your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. We will also teach you a wide range of techniques that you can use to defend yourself in certain situations.
Our 45-minute classes consist of a variety of martial arts, particularly karate, kickboxing, and jiu jitsu fundamentals. They are structured for an adult’s intellect and offer a deeper insight of the basic striking and grappling techniques.
