At United Family Martial Arts, we take pride in being a welcoming and family-oriented school. We encourage parents to take an active role in their child’s physical, mental, and emotional development. Our academy offers special family rates because we believe that martial arts should be enjoyed by everyone.
People from the Niagara Falls, ON region and surrounding areas come to our facility to participate in various martial arts programs. We promote all aspects of martial arts and specialize in karate, kickboxing, and jiu jitsu. In fact, our academy is affiliated with Carlos Catania Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Associations.
Our classes cater to students of all ages. We also organize special events, including birthday parties, summer camps, sports strength and conditioning camps, as well as women’s self defense seminars.
Social Responsibility
United Family Martial Arts makes it a point to support worthwhile initiatives by sponsoring local organizations. We always do something different every year, touching and changing lives through many ways.
For instance, we support the pink stripe campaign that aims to spread awareness on breast cancer. We also teach at a centre for children with special needs and have sponsored a kids’ race for autism.
Martial Arts for Adults
Our specialized martial arts program for adults is designed to increase your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. We will also teach you a wide range of techniques that you can use to defend yourself in certain situations.
Our 45-minute classes consist of a variety of martial arts, particularly karate, kickboxing, and jiu jitsu fundamentals. They are structured for an adult’s intellect and offer a deeper insight of the basic striking and grappling techniques.
Adult Fitness Programs
We offer aerobic kickboxing classes that focus on muscle toning and cardiovascular endurance.
Every class is unique and focuses separately on different areas, such as weight training and cardio workouts. We also utilize high-intensity interval training (HIIT), heavy bags, and Muay Thai pads for added strength and conditioning. You’ll definitely feel the benefits of our fitness classes, such as fat loss, toning, and stress relief.
